Sales are held at the Surplus Property warehouse every Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm. Pictures of items may be posted on our Facebook page prior to the day of the sale.
The sale will begin with a lottery from 8:00am to 8:30am. During that time tickets are handed out to customers, and there is no viewing the items. At 8:30am the door will be closed, and the ticket drawing will begin. Once all tickets have been drawn, the sale will begin, and the doors will be opened for the sale to officially start. After the lottery customers may enter, and purchase without getting a ticket.
Due to limited spacing,ALL ITEMS PURCHASED MUST BE REMOVED FROM SURPLUS PROPERTY BY THE END OF THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS. Items not removed within the time period will be considered forfeit by the customer, and subject to resale or disposal. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or credit given for the forfeited items.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS," and there will be no refunds, exchanges, or credit given once a sale is completed. To that extent, customers are welcome inspect items prior to making a purchase.
