Auction Information


Auctions are held at the Surplus Property warehouse, where the public and departments may bid on items. Auction flyers are emailed out the Friday prior to the public auction. If you would like to be included on the email list, please contact Tayor Pogue.

Auctions are held every three(3) to four(4) weeks (usually on Wednesdays). Registration opens at 9:00am and starts promply at 10:00am. Items MUST be paid for on day of auction and taxes will be collected. Bidders should pay cashier within 30 minutes from end of bidding, no exceptions.

Items may be viewed from 12:00PM-4:00PM the Tuesday before each auction date. Since items have been prepared for the auction, they must stay in their original location and may not be moved. TESTING/MOVING IS NOT ALLOWED ON AUCTION DAY. All items are sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM UNIVERSITY SURPLUS PROPERTY WAREHOUSE BY Thursday at noon following the sale date. If removing items on Thursday, you must bring proof of purchase to be allowed in the building.  Items not removed by noon on Thursday will be re-auctioned.
